About our Online Classes
Hey everyone! We hope you are all coping as well as possible with the very unusual situation we find ourselves faced with. It is certainly a strange time, but we believe every problem comes with a gift for us in its hands. This can be an opportunity for all of us to remember what is truly important in life; to realise how dependent we have become on certain things in our lives, which ultimately, we will discover are relatively unimportant, and to rediscover and appreciate what we may have taken for granted, and which we now realise are the things we really need to treasure, like community, family, and nature.
For us, it has been so important to now to bring the Shala online, so that we can use our Yoga to help us and you to navigate this time of uncertainty and change in the smoothest way possible.

This will be followed by Pranayama(breathing techniques) practice, which will be led for beginners (for about 25 mins), while experienced practitioners can do their own prescribed pranayama practices at their own pace.
