Online Yoga Teacher Training Course

Why train to be a Yoga Teacher with us?

At Ashtanga Yoga Dublin we have been training Yoga Teachers for over 10 years. Yoga Teacher Training is something we are passionate about because we believe that to be a Yoga teacher is something really special and worthwhile, a way to genuinely contribute to making the world a better place, by helping people to fulfil their potential and to be as happy and healthy as they can be. We believe that to teach well, we need to be rooted in the traditions of yoga, to understand from personal experience why we do Yoga, what it is, and how to do it correctly – we have to live and experience it ourselves to be able to pass it on to someone else. For us, Yoga is a way of life and we developed our courses to provide a genuinely vocation-oriented training in Yoga practice and philosophy. We will share with you our combined experience of more than forty years of practice and study of all aspects of Yoga.
